A total secrecy agreement surrounding the Daphne/Yorgen Fenech survey

On 2nd July 2021, a secrecy and confidentiality pact was signed and agreed to by Raymond Fenech, of the Tumas Group, and Vincent Marmara’ of the University of Malta and Sagalytics Ltd., with regards to the survey on the assassinated Daphne Caruana Galizia and the alleged mastermind of the assassination, Yorgen Fenech.

This confidentiality and secrecy pact states that ” No report, extract, analysis, presentation, or finding may be published, reproduced, distributed, disclosed to third parties, or communicated to the media without the prior written consent of Sagalytics Ltd”.

Retired Judge Geoffrey Valenzia has made a clear legal distinction between Prof  Marmara as a university academic and the company Sagalytics Ltd.

Yet, on consulting the business registry, one discovers that the Company Sagalytics Ltd has only one registered director. Guess who? Prof. Vincent Marmara.

Three different  polls were held, in 2021, 2023 and 2026.

Prof. Arnold Cassola, Leader of Momentum, asks: “What is the difference between the person of University Academic Prof. Vincent Marmara Jekyll and the sole director of Sagalytics Ltd., Prof. Vincent Marmara Hyde?

Even more pressing are the following questions : Why did Marmara and Fenech sign a total secrecy pact? Why did they run the survey on 4th and 5th June 2026, one month before the beginning of the Yorgen Fenech trial? What is the point of keeping the results of the survey amongst 1400 respondents secret from the general public? What interest did Raymond Fenech of the Tumas Group have in wanting to know what people thought of Yorgen Fenech and Daphne Caruana Galizia? Was there an ulterior motive?

These questions need to be answered asap if trials are really meant to search for truth and justice”.
