Neville Gafa’ extortion: OPM was aware of his dirty dealings. Witness ready to testify.

Neville Gafà received illicit cash payments for Libyan medical visas that in many cases were never issued, a civil court has found.

This man has no scruples. He is ready to profit himself from the medical suffering of others.

But this is not the only time. In 2015 he took advantage of over 30 Libyan students by illicitly asking for 650 euros each to issue them a study visa.

Alex Muscat, today a Labour MP, was at that time Keith Schembri’s deputy at OPM. He was immediately informed of this request for “tangenti” by Neville Gafa’ but OPM did nothing about it.

At the end, Neville Gafa’ got his 650 euro times 30 tangenti…but never issued the visas.

Momentum leader, Arnold Cassola, stated “It is obvious that Neville Gafa’ could behave in this delinquential way only because somebody at OPM was covering up for him.

Today, the person who informed OPM about Neville Gafa’s illegal and dirty behaviour is ready to testify”.
