Momentum publishes Pre-Budget Document 2027

Momentum has published its Pre-Budget Document 2027, setting out a series of proposals aimed at building a fairer Malta, supporting workers and families, and improving the quality of life of communities across Malta and Gozo.

The proposals focus on making the tax system fairer, directing public resources towards those who need them most, addressing the cost of living, making housing more affordable, improving transport, investing in research, and strengthening good governance.

“We are presenting practical proposals because we believe Malta can do better. Our aim is to put forward ideas that benefit the wider community, support ordinary people, and contribute to a fairer and more sustainable future for our country,” said Dr. Matthew Agius, member of Momentum’s Executive Committee.
