ADPD u Momentum ikkonkludew diskussjonijiet biex jikkooperaw fl-elezzjoni ġenerali li ġejja.
Dan il-ftehim isegwi numru ta’ laqgħat bejn rappreżentanti taż-żewġ partiti fejn kien konkluż li kull wieħed mill-partiti iżomm l-identità tiegħu. Hemm biżżejjed ħsiebijiet u ideat komuni li a bażi tagħhom jista’ jkun hemm kollaborazzjoni.
L-iskop ta’ dan kollu hu biex flimkien insaħħu l-leħen u l-effettività tat-tielet partit.
L-eżerċizzju li qed isir hu ħidma kkordinat biex:
- Nikkoordinaw liema kandidati joħorgu fuq liema distretti, u
- Biex naghtu messaġġ ċar lill-elettorat biex jagħmel użu tajjeb mit-trasferibilità tal-vot billi jagħtu l-ewwel preferenzi tagħhom lill-kandidati tal-partit preferut tagħhom u jkomplu fuq il-bqija tal-kandidati kemm mill-ADPD kif ukoll minn Momentum, biex b’hekk jimmassimizzaw il-valur tal-vot tagħhom.

ADPD and Momentum have concluded discussions to cooperate in the upcoming general election.
This agreement follows a number of meetings between representatives of the two parties where it was concluded that each party will maintain its identity. There are enough common thoughts and ideas on which there can be collaboration.
The purpose of all this is to jointly strengthen the voice and effectiveness of the third party.
The exercise being carried out is a coordinated effort to:
- Coordinate which candidates will appear on which districts, and
- To send a clear message to the electorate to make good use of the transferability of the vote by giving their first preferences to the candidates of their preferred party and continuing on the rest of the candidates from both the ADPD and Momentum, thus maximising the value of their vote.
